Fully Remote - Band 8a Advanced Pharmacist to join the Cancer Services Pharmacy Team. This is a fully remote position supporting oncology and haematology services under the Cancer and Clinical Support Services Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialist pharmaceutical input to cancer services across outpatient and inpatient care

*

Ensure safe and effective prescribing, supply, and monitoring of chemotherapy and cancer-related treatments

*

Liaise with oncology consultants, nurses, and wider MDT to ensure optimal patient care

*

Contribute to clinical governance, service development, and audit activities within cancer pharmacy

Requirements:

*

GPhC registered pharmacist

*

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in oncology/haematology pharmacy at Band 7 or above

*

Experience with electronic prescribing systems and chemotherapy protocols

*

Strong clinical knowledge of cancer treatments and pathways

*

Ability to work independently in a remote capacity
