What we are looking for in our staff: 

Excellent communication skills alongside good classroom management
A passion for supporting young people and a desire to make a difference
Over 1 years' experience working in Schools!
Flexibility 
The ability to cover a variety of subjects 
A good knowledge of the National Curriculum (for Qualified Teachers)
QTS if you are looking for teaching positions!
