We are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation based in the Cambridge area as they seek to recruit a Finance and Operations Accountant to join their team. This role has become available due to internal growth within the organisation, and within this role you will report into the Operations Manager. This role will be hybrid working, with 3 days in the office, and 2 days being worked from home, part time hours will also be considered. 

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows - 

- Prepare quarterly trial balance reports
- Conduct variance analysis
- Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Assisting with cashflow forecasting
- Assist in building reporting systems
- Additional duties as per the full job description 

Due to the nature and the level of this position, it is paramount that you have previous experience working in a similar accountancy role, with ideally some operational duties. You will also ideally be working towards either ACCA or CIMA.
