We are recruiting for a dynamic and fast-growing real estate investment and asset management firm with £300m AUM across both residential and commercial asset classes.

With an evenly split portfolio, this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to make a real impact.

The Role:

As an Asset Manager, you will play a key role in optimising the performance of our diverse portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

* Portfolio Management – Overseeing assets across both residential and commercial sectors, ensuring strong financial and operational performance.

* Leasing & Tenant Engagement – Supporting lease negotiations, driving occupancy, and maintaining strong tenant relationships.

* Strategic Asset Enhancement – Identifying opportunities for value creation, rental growth, and operational efficiencies.

* Market & Financial Analysis – Monitoring trends, preparing investment appraisals, and delivering performance reports.

* Stakeholder Collaboration – Working closely with property managers, external contractors, and legal teams to drive results.

This role is office-based 5 days a week

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience – 5+ years in asset management, property management, or real estate investment.

* Commercial & Residential Expertise – Understanding of both asset classes, lease structures, and service charge budgets.

* Analytical & Financial Skills – Proficiency in financial modelling, reporting, and investment analysis.

* Stakeholder Management – Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* Qualifications – A degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred
