We are seeking an individual that is capable of management and coordination of a site-based team for 2 weeks holiday cover. This reputable contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to assist in delivering a Commercial, CAT B fit-out project in Cardiff.

This is 2 weeks cover and need someone that will be available throughout the duration of the project.

Your ability to be client-facing and communicate effectively will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

* Managing the trades and ensuring quality on site

* Managing the health and safety on site

* Ensuring all works are carried out as required and safely

* Manage the quality of completed works

* Conduct regular subcontractor meetings

* Liaise directly with Contracts Manager

* Ensuring work is completed within budget and on time at the highest quality standards.

* Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors.

* Oversee general day to-day operations on the construction site

Requirements:

* MIUST be CSCS, SMSTS, FIRST AID certified

* Minimum 5 years experience site management

* MUST have CAT B project experience

* Ideally with fit out commercial project experience

* Strong knowledge of fit out, construction processes, techniques, and materials.

* MUST be proficient in MS projects
