We are currently working on behalf of a large housing association who are looking for plumbers to carry out day to day repairs and maintenance within the Southampton and surrounding areas working in occupied and void properties.

I am ideally looking for someone with experience of working within social housing sector and either be timeserved or have a relevant qualification in plumbing.

This role will involve:

* All aspects of plumbing maintenance

* Installing WC pans, showers, baths and basin

* Diagnose and repair plumbing issues

* Repair toilet systems and taps

* Carrying out surrounding works such as boxing in pipe work

* Dealing with tenants on a daily basis so candidates must have a high level of customer service.
