Mortgage Advisor - Surrey

Salary: Minimum £25,000

Location: Woking

Permanent, Monday - Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mortgage Advisor with of 2-3 years of experience to join a well-established firm of mortgage brokers. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by providing expert guidance to clients throughout the mortgage process, from initial consultation to successful completion.

You will be responsible for:

Actively seeking and creating new business opportunities.
Coordinating with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other key stakeholders.
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and re-mortgaging opportunities.

What we are looking for:

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
A CeMAP qualification or an equivalent industry-recognised certification.
Excellent relationship-building skills with both clients and industry professionals.
