Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Social Housing Company in the Stratford area that are looking for a brand new Pre-Construction Project Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Excellent customer service skills
Able to demonstrate financial and commercial acumen, including risk management skills, reporting and presenting to internal stakeholders.
Demonstrate collaboration and influencing skills, with key stakeholders.
Computer literate, with previous experience in managing asset management data, excellent MS office skills.
Good working knowledge of standard measured term partnering forms of contract
Good understanding of regulatory compliance for fire risk management
Excellent understanding of all pre-construction activities for major works projects, specifications, tendering, design, planning, building regulations, CDM 2015 and leasehold consultation
Knowledge in the field of Mechanical Services and engineering
An understanding of the Building Safety Act
