Job Title: Site Manager 

Location: Porsmouth and Brighton

Start Date: 02/12/24 - 2 weeks

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to supervise and conduct scaffolding inspections in Portsmouth and Brighton. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure the project is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
Maintain project timelines and manage any on-site challenges that may arise.

Requirements:

Scaffold Inspection ticket/course is required.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
