With multiple offices throughout the UK, they work on high-profile developments as well as smaller, complex proposals that benefit significantly from there planning expertise.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior or Principal Planner with broad planning experience and a strong commercial mindset to join our Hertfordshire office. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage diverse projects, build client relationships, and contribute to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare written fee proposals and conduct planning history research
Undertake site visits, appraisals, and provide clear planning advice
Manage pre-application advice requests, planning applications, appeals, and submissions
Coordinate project teams and provide mentoring to junior staff
Develop client relationships and actively participate in business development initiatives
Represent clients at planning committee meetings and inquiriesEssential Requirements:

RTPI Chartered Planner or eligible for membership
Full UK driving license (exceptions considered)
Strong understanding of planning work, commercial projects, and consultancy businessInterested?
