At Twenty 4 Seven Education we are seeking skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistants to us and work in a secondary school in Broadstairs, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to support students' academic, emotional, and social development in a variety of classroom settings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-on-one or group support to students under the guidance of the class teacher.

* Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

* Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

* Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and contribute to planning for their individual needs.

* Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

* Supervise students during break times and support them in extracurricular activities as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

* A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning).

* Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is essential.

* Knowledge and experience supporting children with SEN or behavioral needs is highly desirable.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

* A proactive and flexible approach with a genuine passion for supporting children’s education and well-being
