I am recruiting for an Internal Key Account Support for my Halifax based client.
My client are a global manufacturing business supplying to UK retailers and directly to key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* While performing the duties of this role you will be required to manage and maintain business to business relationships with customers and all internal departments.
* managing the order process from start to finish, ensuring the customer is at the forefront of all decisions.
Other Duties & Responsibilities
* Building a strong, long-term relationship with our customers.
* Monitoring and processing orders.
* Responsible for customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Developing strong relationships and excellent communication with colleagues
* Daily liaison will be required for delivery updates.
* Handling customer Queries in a timely and accurate manner.
* Any further duties as reasonably requested by the line manager.
Skills and Competencies
* Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Excellent interpersonal skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
* Ability to work efficiently and work under pressure.
* Attention to detail.
* Enjoy working in a team environment and ability to work as an individual.
* Good understanding of how business operates.
* Enthusiastic about training and developing.
Benefits
Holidays – 22 days rising to 25 after 3 complete years’ service.
Pension – 4% contribution
Death in Service – 2 x annual salary.
