Engineering Team Leader - Corby - Day Shift - £56,000
Are you an experienced Engineering Team Leader or Engineering Supervisor looking for your next leadership role? We're seeking an Engineering Team Leader/Maintenance Team Leader to join our team in Corby on a day shift.

What You'll Do:
Lead and manage the Engineering Team, ensuring smooth operations.
Oversee the Engineering Workshop, Contractors, and Health & Safety compliance.
Carry out reactive & preventative maintenance, including mechanical and electrical work.
Work on installations, repairs, welding/fabricating, fitting, and PLC fault finding.
Ensure systems are maintained, identify parts/equipment for repairs & improvements, and order spares  as needed.
Meet KPIs across Quality, Cost, and Health & Safety.
Make informed decisions on breakdown solutions and complete individual projects.

What We're Looking For:
✅ Strong background in engineering maintenance (mechanical & electrical).
✅ Experience working with PLCs (fault finding).
✅ Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
✅ Knowledge of H&S regulations and contractor management.
✅ Welding/fabrication and fitting experience is a plus.
