The Role – Learning Support Assistant

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one and group support to children with additional learning needs. Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO, you will help implement individual education plans and support the children in achieving their academic goals. The ideal candidate will have a patient and caring nature, excellent communication skills, and previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
