We are recruiting an experienced International Distribution Manager on behalf of a leading organization in the electronics sector. This role involves managing and optimizing a global distribution network, driving sales performance, and identifying growth opportunities.

If you have a strong background in distribution, sales strategy, and international markets—and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment—this could be the ideal role for you. 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, negotiating contracts and conducting regular performance reviews.
Analyze market trends and identify new distribution opportunities.
Provide training and support to distribution partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capability.
Monitor sales performance, provide forecasts, and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to network and gather market intelligence.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
