Purpose of the job:

We are currently looking for a Menu Process Executive to join our team, in an exciting and dynamic role to support the food team in the end-to-end menu roll-out across the group. In this role, you will take ownership of managing the offer change process timeline, ensuring all deadlines and tasks are met to guarantee the successful launch of each menu. You will also be responsible for coordinating and supporting the initial data setup, including suppliers, ingredients, recipes, and menus. Throughout all activities, you will uphold the Stonegate Values and align with the Food team's ways of working to ensure consistency and success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Management of the offer change process timeline for the team’s activities.  Scheduling key meetings and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

Management of the food team project tracker.

Maintenance and ownership of data within our food costing system over the menu lifecycle.

Setting up new ingredients, alternatives and substitute products.

Publishing of ingredients, recipes and menus through the approval process.

Support on the building and role out of digital specifications across all formats.

Support menu forecasting for new menus.

Reviewing product usage across format and overall usage across Stonegate.

Maintaining cost of goods within the food costing system.

Preparing margin models with new menu data.

Supporting in the evolution of all elements of the process to drive efficiency.

Engage with the food development team to create and maintain prep and par reports.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Excellent multi project/process development skills.

Commercially focused with strong business awareness.

Highly resilient and works with pace, focus and optimism to overcome obstacles and deliver against tight timelines using own initiative without specific instruction.

Collaborates effectively across internal departments.

IT literate – proficient in all Office packages.

Excellent communication skills.

Effective problem-solving skills.

Ability to work on your own and as a part of team.

Current driving license.

The Solihull Pub Support Team offices are light and airy offices in Shirley, Solihull, where you will be greeted by our Welcome Team.
