About the role as Social Media Content Creator & Strategy Lead
Reporting to the Head of Brand & Product Marketing, we’re looking for someone who is able to produce engaging content that aligns with the brand’s tone of voice and sleek design while keeping up with the latest social media trends. Someone to take ownership of our global social media channels working with our local social marketing leads to ensure consistencies in strategy and execution; and also building and owning Aira’s global brand voice on social media.
You’ll be a key member of the marketing community and have a direct impact on the growth of the business. This position has dual global and local UK responsibilities, and the main mission of this role is to ensure Aira is best-in-class across all social channels and create compelling content to engage with new consumers and the Aira community. This mission is fundamental to the company wide ambition of opening a nascent category and becoming the brand synonymous with it.
What you will be doing as Social Media Content Creator & Strategy Lead at Aira
* Planning monthly content calendar for Meta channels, executing, analysing and reporting performance.
* Content creating and shooting of social first video and static image content (self-created) plus collaboration with our country marketing teams to create relevant content for each market, considering influencers, partnerships and other social tactics to drive awareness and sales.
* Leadership and ownership of our social marketing strategy and activities across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and any other channel we choose – for both Global and UK activities.
* Delivering all organic and global social media efforts – from posts to embedded campaigns and working closely with our local teams to help nurture market- and language - specific social communities
* Development and accountability for yearly social goals and KPI’s that deliver brand and business sales growth.
* Build outstanding relationships with key social media partners and marketing technology suppliers.
* Deliver test and learn new growth strategies across the year with the goal to make them part of our always-on approach.
* Manage any organic social budget, and ensure all purchase orders and invoices are correctly processed.
* Lead community management on Business Review platforms such as TrustPilot and Google Business to respond to all positive, neutral and negative comments.

About you:
* You have 8+ year’s experience leading social media for a direct-to-consumer brand.
* You are creative and love producing engaging content that get people excited and lead the process across filming, editing posting and community management.
* You have a strong understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for different audiences.
* You are a superb communicator with a flair for copy, and a natural at making seemingly complex things very simple for our customers.
* You are someone who can demonstrate strong relationship building based upon mutual trust and who thrives on building a high performance, customer obsessed culture.
* Attention to detail creatively and strategically with excellent communication skills are vital for success in this role.
* You have great interpersonal skills and proven ability to operate effectively with other members of the business in product, design, commercial & development - in order to ensure that cross functional initiatives are effectively executed.
* You will be happy to get your hands dirty and live within relatively confined budgets.
* You will also be able to demonstrate you are organised and can multitask in a friendly, specialised, fast paced, intellectually challenging, proactive environment and work quickly to master detail under pressure. The ability to remain calm and bring order to complex tasks with tight deadlines is essential.
* You have a flair for innovation, an entrepreneurial mindset and working in a start-up environment, no task is beneath you and new challenges are actively sought out.
Ideal Experience
* You have great experience at creating highly engaging and sleek content, preferably in the tech space, aligned to the overall marketing strategy.
* You are a natural at social media marketing, understanding data and gleaning insights for future campaigns.
