As the Customer Support Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting schools get the best results by providing specialised training and support.
The responsibilities include:
• Training teachers and senior leaders to ensure a strong
• Understanding of the programme’s pedagogy and reporting functionality.
• Create reports for senior leaders that demonstrate the impact the software is having on students.
• Proactively looking for opportunities to offer other solutions the company provides.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, industry competition, and our position in the marketplace.
• Collaborating with the sales, renewals, and marketing teams to meet company targets.
About You
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Advisor with a passion for education?
If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you. You will require to have the following skills:
• 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Great IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other statistical analysis software.
• A creative mind and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to prioritise the tasks that deliver your objectives.
• Experience working in the education, or a relevant business sector
