Salary: £38,000.00

Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday

We are committed to ensuring the safety and security of our employees, clients, and assets. Therefore we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Buesiness Protection Coordinator to join our team and help us maintain a secure environment.

As a Business Protection Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all security operations within our organisation alongside the Security Manager. You will be the secondary contract for all UK sites with Arvato.

Your tasks 

Assist the Security Manager in developing, and implementing security policies and procedures.
Manage and review access control
Coordinate and supervise the activities of security personnel.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
Monitor security systems and respond to incidents promptly.
Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Provide training and guidance to staff on security protocols.
Maintain accurate records of security incidents and actions taken.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Assist the Business Protection Manager with project work.  

Your profile 

You will have extensive experience working in a security role along with a strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and controlled manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge and experience of working with security software and systems.
Attention to detail
