Role: Site Administrator / Information Controller

Location: Bicester

Duration: 14 month FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Salary: £30,000 pro rata

Duties:

You will act as the main point of contact on the project for all matters in relation to the project information management process including providing training, support, and ongoing communication with all members of the project team.
The role will focus on ensuring information management consistency across a live project, rigorously maintaining control and traceability of the documentation from project initiation, through to completion and hand over.
Field all incoming calls.
Monitoring incoming and outgoing post/notifications/memos.
Manage meeting room diaries.
Managing office delivery schedule - Placing stationery and welfare consumable orders and processing goods received notes.
Organising couriers and deliveries.
Providing administrative support to the Project Team, as defined by Project Director and Line Manager.
Managing Staff Whereabouts Schedule - including meetings, holidays, and training days.
Maintenance of first aid supplies.
Assist the Project Director in gathering data for monthly progress reports and collating the final document for Project Director to issue.
The taking, typing up and distributing meeting minutes as required by the Project Director. Experience required:

Must have experience working as a Site Administrator within Construction.
Desirable: Experience using Asite.
