We are currently recruiting to a permanent Housing Officer role based in Southeast London. You will be joining a business critical post within a real forward thinking, SME where you will have the opportunity to make the post your own.

You will be managing circa 220 properties, and will be expected to lead on all Housing related customer queries from investigating ASB cases, through to complex Tenancy related issues. You will need to be a confident self-starter with excellent communication skills and a real desire to positively impact your residents lives.

To be considered for this post you will have demonstrable experience of managing a busy patch of housing properties, have excellent customer service skills and have access to a vehicle.
