Key Responsibilities

People Leadership

Coach, train and inspire store teams to excel
Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Create development plans that align people growth with business needs
Contribute to succession planning across the districtSales & Customer Experience

Analyse sales performance and implement actions for growth
Support store teams in customer engagement and conversion
Monitor and respond to customer trends and feedback
Shape our offer to reflect customer demandOperational Excellence

Oversee store operations and planning
Support with rota and staff scheduling
Ensure compliance with admin and financial processes
Maintain and drive operational standards

What We're Looking For

Experience: 2-5 years in a multi-site retail leadership role
Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and commercial acumen
Tech-savvy: Confident with MS Office and data analysis
