We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Payable Administrator on a part time basis. This position is based in Retford, on an ongoing temporary basis covering 2 days a week with 1 day office based.
Responsibilities:
Processing purchase invoices
Raising and matching purchase orders
Gaining authorisation for processing payments
Dealing with inbox queries
Allocating payments
General administrative duties
Ideal candidate
Previous experience within an accounts payable function
Good attention to detail
Strong communication skills at all levels
IT literate with a good working knowledge of excel
Able to manage own workload
