Do you have a passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential? Teaching Personnel is looking for a committed and compassionate Unqualified Behaviour Support to join a school in Bristol. 

£89 - £100 per day

Role Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and group support for students with behavioural challenges and emotional needs 
Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
Build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff
Work collaboratively to implement behaviour support plans
Utilise various tactics and techniques to re-enegage to education 
What we’re looking for:

Experience working with young people in a School, Care, Coach or Mentoring role but not essesntial. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A calm, empathetic, and patient approach
A genuine passion for making a difference within Special Education. 
Over the age of 18

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
