We are looking for a Project Manager to work for a Manchester based main contractor.

The project will be in Stockport and you will be on site 5 days a week.

The project has been approved and signed off to commence first week of January.

Job Role

Manage the day to day running on site

Review drawings and any variations

Open site in the mornings and close in the evenings

Manage trades on site that have been procured by our QS

Managing the quality of works

Attending site meetings with clients, subcontractors, or architects

Checking over trades works for sign off

Adhering to the scheduled onsite programme and reporting any delays back to the QS

Requirements:

Experience in New build of apartments is essential and non-negotiable

Proven experience in project management, preferably in new builds

Driving Licence and able to commute to and from site
