Sales Administrator
Location: St Ives
Hours: Monday – Friday – 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Salary: Up to £11.50ph DOE

Our client is looking for a driven and confident individual to join their sales order processing team. The role involves managing a variety of tasks and facing challenges with a proactive attitude.

Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience is a plus, but your enthusiasm and drive are what really count.
* You know how to keep customers happy, even when handling high volumes of emails.
* Keen eye for detail
* You’re self-motivated and can work independently
Duties:
* Continuously review orders for potential discrepancies and notify customers of any issues within 12 hours to resolve them efficiently.
* Manage company correspondence, handle complaints, and respond to queries promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of customer service.
* Ensure all incoming orders are accurately loaded into the system on the day they are received.
* Process orders daily ensuring accuracy and efficiency to meet individual performance KPIs.
* Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed team KPIs.
* Provide proactive support to the order processing team and assist other office departments when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
* Confirm all processed orders with customers within 24 hours, ensuring timely and clear communication.
