Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

An opportunity has come available working for one of the largest FM companies in the UK based on a brand new contract due to start from the 1st April 2025. In this role you will be working on a Healthcare contract with up to 53 sites. You'll be responsible for managing a team of approximately 9 engineers in delivery high levels of customer service and ensuring works are completed in accordance with the SLAs.

Requirements for a Technical Services Manager:

* Electrically biased and ideally from an FM background

* 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* C&G Level 2/3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
