Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, competent and committed team member to join their friendly accounts department, you will be responsible for completing a wide range of tasks to a high level of accuracy. Their offices are stunning, based centrally in Leatherhead with parking available.

Short Benefits:

* £28,000 - £32,000 salary

* 09:00 - 17:30 (4 or 5 days)

Job specification:

* Preparing and distributing annual declarations

* Daily processing and reconciliation of bank statements

* Handling invoice processing

* Collaborating on the preparation and issuance of budget documents

* Conducting monthly reviews of ground rents for a major client

* Issuing postal service charge accounts

* Performing various specific tasks for multiple clients as directed

* Reviewing weekly management fee credit reports

* Answering phone calls and handling inquiries

* Preparing and reconciling year-end financial reports

* Assisting with a large ground rent and insurance portfolio

* Helping with the issuance of account notices

* Providing cover for arranging bank payments

Person specification:

* Experience working in a block management company (Preferred)

* Excellent attention to detail, high accuracy required.

* Comprehensive accounts and administration experience (Essential)

* Proficiency in IT skills, including Word, Excel, and finance systems (Essential)
