This is a great role for an existing Store Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager who is a strong leader, wants to work with autonomy and has ideas to drive their business forward. Maximising store sales and budgets
Delivering exceptional levels of customer service
Motivating and assisting a team of up to 10 associates and member of management
A true brand ambassador, demonstrating latest trends and styles
Promoting high standards through Visual Merchandising
Driving company targets and KPI's to maximise sales and growth
Leading well by example, shop floor presence and coaching
Compliant across health and safety procedures You will be a credible presence in your store and represent the brand at all times, have a strong focus with your customers as well as driving and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed targets.
