Pipefitter

We are currently recruiting for a number of pipefitters for works on a busy commercial installation project in Oxford. Works due to run into the new year with new sites starting so potential long run of work

Working hours are flexible, can start at 7 or 7.30 and work to 4 or 4.30 for 9 hours paid, or to 5pm for 10 etc. Hourly rate £25- paid weekly CIS or LTD.

Works will consist mainly installing copper pipework- various sizes 15/ 22 & 28. Crimping tool.

Ideally need a crimping cert but not essential.

IPAF ideal but not essential. Need CSCS/ JIB card, PPE & tools.

There is no free on site parking. There is plenty of local street parking but costs a lot. Best option is either public transport if you live local to site. Or most of the guys use the park and rides- there are 3 park and ride car parks all 10 min bus to site

Works are just starting to get underway and consist of the following

Copper pressfit
Stainless steel pipe install
Crimped copper
Various pipe install sizes 15/22/28ml
Using cutters
Some commercial plumbing elements
All other associated tasks. Applicants must have experience in a similar role and be able to work on own initiative with limited supervision.

Applicants must have own tools, PPE, CSCS/ JIB skills card
