Are you detail-oriented and experienced in warehouse management? We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to run our small warehouse in West London. As our client's business is growing, we need a dynamic individual to ensure efficient inventory management and timely order processing. Your Roles and Responsibilities

Stock Management: Checking in stock and ensuring inventory is accurately recorded and managed.
Order Fulfilment: Ensuring subscription orders are dispatched in a timely manner.
Inventory Control: Managing and reordering inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
Team Management: Leading a small team of assistants to achieve operational efficiency.
Process Improvement: Continuously improving warehouse processes and systems.

Your Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a 3PL environment is essential.
Experience with Mint Soft is desirable; familiarity with other logistics software is essential.
Must have a keen eye for detail to manage inventory and orders effectively.
Ability to adapt to an increasing number of SKUs and changing warehouse demands.
Proven track record of managing a small team and warehouse operations.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
Experience in using Excel or similar tools for inventory management and cost efficiency.
