Salary: £22,310 per annum
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire - Hybrid System
Hours: Monday to Friday, with 1 in 5 Saturday working from home

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to make a difference in customer service? My client is seeking a Consumer Operations Representative to join our team. You'll assist in processing claims, keeping consumers informed, and ensuring clear communication across various channels.

The Key Duties of the Customer Operations Representative:

Process claims proactively and efficiently.
Keep consumers informed and ensure clear communication.
Respond to enquiries in line with company policy.
Escalate issues beyond job scope.
Focus on consumer experience and outcomes.
Adhere to regulatory and business processes.The Key Requirements of the Customer Operations Representative:

Previous customer service experience is preferable but not essential.
IT literate with good verbal and written communication skills.
Resilient and adaptable with good organisational and time management skills.
Training and Support:

4-week classroom-based training program (8:45 - 5 shift pattern), no holidays permitted during this period.
