We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Finance Manager to join a dedicated team in the Higher Education sector on an interim basis. This role, based in London, offers a competitive hourly rate of £27.

Duration: 2 months interimRole Overview: As the HR & Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting departmental strategy by managing financial and human resources. You'll work closely with the Department Manager and other key stakeholders to implement streamlined processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance on HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations
Oversee budget management, financial planning, and audits
Manage expense claims, purchase orders, and scholarship payments
Support staff inductions and ensure compliance with visa and right-to-work regulationsRequirements:
