Service Charge Complaints Coordinator

£17.42per hour

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating incoming enquiries and complaints and delegating them to the appropriate officers. The role requires an individual with the ability to analyse the nature of complaints and the existing backlog, and to allocate or reallocate them as necessary.

Therefore, extensive experience in coordination is a prerequisite for this position.

Service charge queries.

The role will initially require two days of work per week at our Westminster Bridge office, with the remaining time working from home. During the initial weeks, there may be a requirement for three days in the office to assist with process familiarisation.

Working hours: 9am - 5pm.

The team currently consists of 25 members, divided into three distinct sub-teams
