About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and creative EYFS Teacher to inspire and guide our youngest learners. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the early educational experiences of children aged 3-5, ensuring they build a solid foundation for their future learning journey. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a stimulating curriculum that nurtures children’s natural curiosity and enthusiasm for discovery. Your classroom will be a place of wonder, where children feel safe, valued, and eager to explore. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years or a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, play, and hands-on learning.
• Use a range of assessment tools to monitor and report on children’s progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
• Work closely with parents and caregivers to build strong, supportive relationships that enhance each child’s learning experience.
