Job Title: Voids Supervisor
Location: North London
Salary: £40,000 per annum

Our client is a leading social housing contractor committed to delivering high-quality services and maintaining the standards of our housing stock. We take pride in our dedicated team and are looking for a skilled Voids Supervisor to join our dynamic workforce.

Role Overview:
As a Voids Supervisor, you will oversee the void property process, ensuring properties are returned to a high standard for re-letting. You will manage a team of operatives across multiple trades, coordinate inspections, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the voids process, ensuring properties are completed on time and to the required standard.
Conduct pre- and post-inspections of void properties to assess and confirm work requirements.
Lead and manage a team of multi-trade operatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
Organise and facilitate toolbox talks to promote safety and best practices on site.
Collaborate with the planning team to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and housing management teams.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
Provide regular reports on progress and performance to senior management.Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the social housing sector or property maintenance.
Strong knowledge of voids processes and related trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to conduct inspections and maintain high-quality standards.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
