Management Accountant***

Based in London (Office based near Aldgate, 2-3 days (hybrid))

Salary £40-45,000 (Depending on experience) plus benefits

Full-time/Permanent

Our client is looking for a Part-Qualified Management Accountant based in their London office. This is a great opportunity for someone that has at least 3 year’s experience within a similar accounting role, looking to take on a new challenge. This role will also offer the right candidate study support towards their accounting qualification.

You will be highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant with ERP experience who will be involved in day-to-day and month-end closing accounting function, as well as other general accounting/financial related processes.

Job Role:

* Month end close and related reporting (NetSuite Oracle)

* Balance sheet account reconciliations

* Analysis of revenue and expense accounts

* Assist with the annual global and local subsidiary financial statement audit

* Collaborate with the operating teams to establish, streamline and automate internal procedures and processes

* Develop and build-on existing reporting capabilities

* Other areas of responsibility:

* Assist with Accounts Payable management

* Management of employee expense claims via SAP Concur

* VAT preparations

Profile:

* Part Qualified with a minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting role

* Media experience, strongly preferred, including exhibitions and digital media

* Good communication skills both written and oral

* Excellent MS Office and advance excel skills (pivot tables, vLookups, etc.)

* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

* Work accurately under pressure

* Teams focused with the ability to work independently

* Experience with an accounting/ERP package required (NetSuite experience would be ideal)

* Month end management accounting and reporting experience
