The Company

We are currently collaborating with a market leading property maintenance contractor that provides services through Scotland, North England, London and Home Counties.

The company works across a wide range of sectors including facilities management, education, healthcare, retail, leisure and residential.

Established over 70 years ago, the company places their values on collaborating and transparency, replacing the client/contractor relationship with long term mutually beneficial partnerships with a bespoke self-delivery model.

The Role

Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Property / Building Surveyor to survey social housing properties in Hampshire with a particular focus on kitchens and bathrooms.

* Record condition, age, and estimated lifespan of property features

* Provide data to help landlords plan future repair and refurbishment works

* Ensure all inspections are completed accurately and efficiently, following health and safety protocols

Person specifications:

* Experience in property or building surveying, ideally within social housing

* Strong knowledge of stock condition surveys and planned maintenance cycles

* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to assess property condition accurately

* Good interpersonal skills and professional conduct when dealing with residents

* A full UK driving license and willingness to travel within Hampshire
