As a Clinical Lead, you will be integral to delivering high standards of clinical care, providing leadership and support to a team of healthcare professionals while working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care is provided
* Oversee the clinical governance, quality, and safety of services
* Develop and implement care plans, ensuring best practice and compliance with regulations
* Act as a clinical expert and provide support to staff in delivering evidence-based care
* Supervise, mentor, and provide professional development opportunities for junior clinical staff
* Contribute to service improvement and ensure the delivery of safe and effective care
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
* Participate in audits, reviews, and performance evaluations
* Ensure that clinical services are delivered within budget and in line with organizational objectives
What We’re Looking For:
* Registered Nurse (NMC) with at least 2 years of clinical experience
* Proven leadership and management skills in a healthcare setting
* Expertise in clinical care with a strong focus on patient-centered practices
* Ability to mentor, coach, and support team members
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Experience in developing and implementing care pathways and clinical audits
* A commitment to continuous professional development
* Flexible, reliable, and proactive
