We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our digital strategy forward, ensuring Salesforce is optimized to deliver significant business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly contribute to our goal of leveraging technology to innovate and improve our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
* Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies to meet business requirements.
* Platform Customization: Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, page layouts, fields, and validation rules to optimize and streamline business processes.
* Systems Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
* 3rd Party Applications Management: Implement, configure, and manage third-party Salesforce applications such as Youreka and Conga to enhance platform functionality.
* Innovation and App Research: Continuously research and evaluate new Salesforce apps, tools, and technologies to innovate and improve our Salesforce ecosystem.
* Data Quality Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within Salesforce through regular data imports, exports, and clean-up activities.
* Analytics and Reporting: Develop reports and dashboards to provide business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
* User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users, resolving issues and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, latest releases, and new features, implementing them to optimize our Salesforce instance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience
* Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I & II).
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with hands-on experience in custom development, integrations, and third-party app management.
* Strong proficiency in Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
* Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and security best practices.
* Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and AWS (S3) integration is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Notes
This position is full time however part time will be considered for the right candidate.
Hybrid working is available with access to our London office when required.
