On-Site Recruitment Account Coordinator
Location – West Yorkshire
Vacancy Type – Permanent
Shifts – Monday to Friday with on-call weekends, 08:30 – 17:30 (can be flexible)
Salary – Dependant on experience + Uncapped commission
Interaction Recruitment are looking to hire an On-site Recruitment Account Coordinator to be based on our client’s site in West Yorkshire. The successful applicant will be responsible for the recruitment and management of HGV1 Driver’s for our client.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that operational staffing requirements are fulfilled
- Sourcing, screening and registering candidates
- Regular meetings with our client’s stakeholders to obtain requirements
- Workforce management
- Compliance and payroll
- Ensure that the workforce adhere to driving regulations
Please note, our client has multiple sites within Yorkshire and therefore a full driving license and your own transportation will be required.
Desired Experience:
- Recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- Recruitment and management of a temporary workforce within the transport sector
