? Purpose of the role: You will be part of a team responsible for developing cutting-edge electronics platforms for new pump and related products. As an Electronics Engineer, you'll also play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing existing designs.

? Main Duties as an Electronics Engineer:

· Stay up-to-date with product roadmaps and research developments.

* Provide insightful recommendations for new areas of relevant research within the team.

* Collaborate with your team to introduce novel techniques and product designs, achieving top-notch performance and efficiency to meet the demands of an ever-competitive technology field.

* Ensure an all-encompassing approach to product design, considering not only optimal performance but also reliable and high-quality manufacturing.

* Tackle technical challenges head-on by applying established problem-solving techniques and structured processes, including writing comprehensive 8D reports.

* Collaborate closely with Product Management to push the boundaries of new product offerings while maintaining feasibility and testability at both component and system levels.

* Foster strong relationships within the team and other disciplines, ensuring products meet safety, quality, and reliability expectations.

? Skills, Experience, and Qualifications needed for the Electronics Engineer role in Hastings:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.

* Good knowledge of mixed signal design, analogue and digital, with hands-on experience applying these principles to electronics products.

* Exceptional communication skills in spoken and written English, enabling effective decision-making and business impact understanding.

* Proven experience in a global engineering environment, collaborating with international teams to deliver electronics and product solutions in a multi-disciplinary design setting.
