Van / LCV Technician – Falkirk - £37,500 + OT + bonus – Main Dealership

Job Title – Van / LCV Technician
Basic salary up to £37,500 plus overtime, plus bonus

Our client is a family run garage based in Falkirk and they are looking for an experienced Van / LCV Technician to join their busy Service Department, offering a fantastic basic salary and bonus structure with a brilliant opportunity for you to be able to progress within a main dealership.

8:30am-5pm Monday - Friday
8:30am-12:30pm Saturdays on rota, paid as overtime x1.5
MOT license and accreditation will be given.
Bonus is paid on labour sales.
Key responsibilities for this Van / LCV Technician role in Falkirk

Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on vehicles to the highest standard, following manufacturer guidelines and timeframes.
Accurately record diagnostics, completed work, and parts used in line with group and manufacturer standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, complying with health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 
Minimum requirements for this Van / LCV Technician role in Falkirk

Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
Have at least 2 years’ experience after qualifying period, of working in a Dealership as a Technician (or similar)
Excellent customer service skills
Good technical knowledge
Must have a Driving License
The ability to work without supervision.
Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work.
