Frontline Recruitment is seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our client’s team! The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication, working with various metals to produce high-quality results. Position: MIG/TIG Welder

Location: Leicester, LE5

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics

* Ensure high-quality welds that meet company and industry standards

* Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently

* Inspect finished workpieces for accuracy and structural integrity

* Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a MIG/TIG Welder (certifications preferred)

* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints

* Strong knowledge of metal properties, welding techniques, and safety protocols

* Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional information:

* Pay rate: £13.50

* Shift patter: 07:30-16:00 Monday to Thursday, 07:30-12:30 Friday

* Assignment: Temporary ongoing
