About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our educational family, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young learners’ lives. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a passion for learning, adhering to the national curriculum while bringing your unique flair to the classroom. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant experience in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of all students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students in Key Stage 1.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
• Create a warm and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child’s progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and community events to enhance your teaching practice and contribute to the school culture.
