About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Lecturer in Health & Social Care to join a dedicated team at a well-regarded further education college in Greater Manchester. The successful candidate will deliver a range of qualifications, including BTEC, CACHE, and T Levels, from Level 1 to Level 5.
  
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across various Health & Social Care programmes, integrating Information and Learning Technology (ILT) and e-learning tools to enhance the learning experience.​
Teach across a range of qualifications, including BTEC, CACHE, and T Levels, from Level 1 to Level 5.​
Provide pastoral support as a tutor, fostering a supportive environment that addresses individual student needs.​
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to contribute to the college's inclusive and innovative educational approach.​
Engage in curriculum development to ensure programmes remain current and responsive to industry needs.​ Essential:

Level 5 health and social care and significant experience in the care sector Desirable:

Teaching experience
