Our Client based in Kirkby in Ashfield is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their friendly team. This is a hybrid role combining both warehouse and office duties, offering a great opportunity, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and be able to manage administration processes effectively and accurately.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing returns for the clients telecoms customers, logging details accurately on a warehouse computer system.
* Arranging the return of products using the clients stock management system.
* Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all logistics activities and update internal stock reports regularly.
* Help offload vehicles, and process unused or decommissioned equipment from site. Heavy lifting involved.
* Offer administrative assistance within the team to ensure smooth operations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients customers via email and phone, addressing inquiries and providing support.
* Ensure the accuracy of engineer return forms by checking forms against actual stock received and reporting any discrepancies back to the customer.
* General Warehouse duties when required.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in logistics or warehouse administration.
* Familiarity with stock management or inventory processes is essential.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both customers and the team.
* Forklift experience is preferred; however, training will be provided for suitable candidates.
* Ability to prioritise workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
* Strong IT skills and proficiency in administrative tasks.
