Due to continued growth, our fast-paced manufacturing client has created a new role for a Production Coordinator to join their organisation.
The Production Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Manager and will proactively manage the production workflow. They will be the central liaison between all departments and work closely with production and quality teams to progress customer orders.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
Manage and update the master sales order list
Plan and distribute work orders to the relevant departments
Monitor and prioritise urgent work orders
Coordinate and resolve any production issues
Review production schedules and make necessary adjustmentsExperience and knowledge required for the role:
Experience working in a similar production/planning/supply chain role within a fast-paced manufacturing
Strong planning and organisational skills
Excellent communicator who can build relationships with Colleagues across the business
Problem solver who can foresee and address potential issues
Good systems experience and Excel skillsOur client benefits include a 4-day working week: Monday to Thursday 37.5 hours (7am - 5:15pm) and a Bonus paid twice a year (based on company results).
