Simon Acres Recruitment are excited to be working with a well-established kitchen manufacturer who are seeking a Kitchen Designer based East of Glasgow.

This is a permanent position paying up to £27,000 basic, plus bonus (OTE £32,000).

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. Saturday, 8am-12pm.

The Role:

* Designing Kitchens using CAD software (2020 Fusion).

* Understanding the customers brief and turning into reality, exceeding all expectations.

* Producing quotes taking into account customer design constraints.

* Establishing client’s budget.

* Dealing with prospective and existing clients in person and via telephone.

* Converting leads into sales and achieving sales targets.

* Conducting on site visits to measure up and gather relevant information.

* Meeting and exceeding KPI’s.

Candidate Requirements:

* Experienced Kitchen Designer (minimum of 2 years’ experience).

* Must have a strong and proven track record of sales success.

* Experienced in using CAD software.

* Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven.

* Provide outstanding customer service.

* High attention to detail, professional with an excellent sales acumen.

* Full driving licence with own car is essential to be able to carry out customer visits.
