Key Responsibilities:
* Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the IT support service.
* Ensure all systems and infrastructure are reliable, operational, and stable.
* Provide leadership, guidance, and escalated support to IT Technicians.
* Manage the helpdesk, ensuring all requests are logged, actioned, and resolved within agreed SLAs.
* Maintain IT systems, network technologies and ensure data security.
* Assist in developing and delivering the business's IT strategy, reporting directly to the IT Manager.
* Train and develop IT staff, ensuring continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
* Knowledge of system maintenance, networking, Active Directory, and cloud platforms.
* Ability to manage workload efficiently and adapt to new technologies.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* A passion for IT, with a keen focus on ensuring outstanding service for all users.
